Grass Fed Beef from Arbuckle Cattle Co

Your live beef order from Arbuckle Cattle Co is secured with a deposit. Our premium grass-fed and finished beef is priced at $13 a pound hanging weight (see FAQ's). A whole Aberdeen Angus cow typically hangs between 400-500 lbs. On average, the total cost for a quarter cow is around $1,625, for a half cow it's $3,250, and for a whole cow $5,850. 

The price includes the harvesting at our ranch (ensuring a low-stress ending), delivery to the butcher shop for dry-aging, and having the butcher cut your beef shares according to your specifications. Additionally, we provide shrink wrapping, labeling, flash freezing, and boxing of your meat. This process takes approximately three weeks. Also included in the price is delivery to a pre-determined public location (see delivery options below), with no additional fees. 

The balance is due upon pick-up. We accept various payment methods: credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Please note that NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.

At Arbuckle Cattle Co, there are two ways to receive your beef shares: a pre-determined weekend delivery to a public location (TBD) or a pick-up at our ranch (by appointment only). You'll receive ample notice ahead of time regarding your pick-up schedule and any other important information. Feel free to call us as well. *Please note that the pick-up method must be adhered to due to storage space and butcher storage fees. There will be an additional charge of $20 a day if not met.
